7Sigma is testing Google apps, mainly mail, contacts and calendars.  The cloud is a scary place when you don't control security or know how they are using your data.  So far it seems to work pretty well however from a governance perspective there are almost too many choices on how to store, sort, and archive your data.  Keeping a copy of your data IS NOT A WORRY with G-apps.  It's more privacy and how they might use your data to steer your view of the web or try to sell you something based on data they collect about you.

This story makes me think twice about having a SLA, and testing a SLA with your Cloud computing partners. Why would they not think about having backups?
