Data nightmare!) Ban on endorsements---Government can not endorse any one product or service for fear of unfair competitive advantage. Survey Rules---Can not take surveys for more than 10 people. Disability Rules---Can not communicate with public unless people with disabilities can participate. US Constitution---may limit speech, but that's probably something that can be handled. Purchasing rules---Must follow GSA to procure things Licensing requirements--- may be tricky with open source and others because the government is a strange entity...no need to get bogged down in court over this, right? How many of these can Obama overcome? Let's help all of them! ---Ted Gigg |
