7Sigma Data Deletion Policy

As of September 2024.

7Sigma’s Data Deletion Policy (“Data Deletion Policy”) describes how our Customers’ Data (Data) is deleted in connection with the cancellation, termination or migration of an account within the 7Sigma software and services.

This Data Deletion Policy does not apply to (a) data that resides in any 7Sigma marketing or communications material, or other 7Sigma offerings not detailed in this Policy; (b) data that resides in non-7Sigma services managed and hosted by third parties or data that is or may be shared with such non-7Sigma offerings, or (c) Customer Information required to do business with our customers, including customer names, representative names, billing addresses, etc.

Account Cancellation or Termination

Unless otherwise noted below, ninety (90) days after your agreement for our Software or Services is cancelled or terminated; or two hundred and seventy (270) days after your trial has ended for our Software or Service (assuming that you have not purchased a subscription to that Software or Service), an automated process will begin that permanently deletes your Structured and Unstructured Data for the cancelled products. Once commenced, this process cannot be reversed and all data outlined will be permanently deleted.

Migration

In certain instances, the migration of Data to another data center location may be required. In this process, a copy of your Data will be created for the purposes of assuring that it has been fully migrated to another data center location. This assurance process conducted by 7Sigma may take up to thirty (30) days from the date of the commencement of such migration. After the migration process has been completed and confirmed, the deletion of the copy of your Data in the former data center location will commence. Subscribers should expect that migrations will likely require a scheduled downtime.
